Helmets

Because of the monsoon yesterday here in Dallas and the wet roads, I decided to wear my full helmet. I don't have a problem with claustraphobia, but I hate the feeling that I can't see as well with my peripheral vision.

But your doing the public a favor in not forcing them to look at your face....Wear the full face more often to prevent Ed Zachary Disease..

One of the conditions for me riding is that I have to wear a helmet, which isn't a big deal, as I had to wear one when I lived in NY. I don't have to wear one now, but I feel naked with out it. I currently use a modular, but normally a full face.

I got caught in the rain Monday with just a half helmet on. All the way home I kicked myself for not taking the full hat. And after looking at LW photos I think I am going to go with the full face all the time.
