what helmet do you wear?

I guess it may have been asked before but

what helmet do you use?

Open face ( jet helmets), modular or full face.

Here in Europe we cannot use some of your "shorty" type helmets( not EU regulated).

I have a Gmax full face helmet that I like but I have to remove my glasses to put it on and take it off.

So I bought a Gmax flip up helmet and I like that a lot also.

I've got a Z1R full face modular {flip frt.} for all hwy. speeds, and a Z1R half helmet for hot weather street use. Z1R is the only one I can find that fits this oblong fat, bald head.........

there Joel I beat you to it. My bald head!!!!!

I have several helmets, but the only ones I wear regularly are

1. Harley-Davidson "Blade" helmet (1/2 with drop-down shield)
2. HJC IS-MAX-BT, full face modular
3. Scorpion EXO-100 (1/2 with drop-down shield)
4. KBC "Nomad" 1/2 helmet
5. Nolan N-42 NCOM 3/4 helmet w/full shield

I think the only reason your head looks so bald Ricky is your ears stick out and it makes you look like Shrek

Fulmer Modular that I hope to replace soon as it's 4+ years old and it's noisy.

I have several. I was mostly wearing a half helmet Vulcan-2 by HJC, but this summer I bought a Nolan N43 Trilogy. I wanted more protection as well as comfort in the rain and on the highway. I thought I would still use the HJC half helmet for shorter rides, nice weather. Hasn't happened, I love the Nolan and use it all the time.

I have 2 Nolan modulars. No communicators. They are noisy but I have become used to them.
I enjoy them very much.

Thumbs Up Helmet - Nolan

I use the same as Norm (cnc) N43 Trilogy by Nolan. Norm, did you purchase the Pinlock system inserts? Have not got the Communication system but it looks good and nice part is everything is in place to just mount it in the helmet. Helmet is great and with a similar head as Ricky, it fits great and with the full mask and chin bar, it does not even come close to the chin. I would buy a Nolan again. Dennis

No, on the inserts, did you? I wonder if they make a big difference in cool weather? I am going to buy the communication system as the local dealer has a good price on them. Only trouble is I will have to buy the wife a Nolan as well, or cut a hole in her present one to mount.
