MSF RIDING COURSE QUESTION

Just did MSF Experienced course this past weekend. Cost in Ohio is only $25. Got a lot of good ideas, some techniques, and a few practice setups to improve my riding skills and safety awareness. This course was definately worth the time and effort!!! I think everyone could derive something from the course to improve their skills and safety on the roads.

MSF RIDING COURSE QUESTION

I took the ERC / performance based course last year, it was a great refresher and taught the old dog a few tricks. The insurance discount doesn't suck either.

My wife took the beginners course end of last year (first timer) and it was $25.00 we'll spent (that's going rate at local college) as the divorce attorney had she wanted me to teach her would have been expensive...

MSF RIDING COURSE QUESTION

I've taken the basic MSF course, just a few weeks ago as a matter of fact. It was an interesting class. I had the same problems handling the small bike that I've had on my Nomad, and it really made me think about how much effort I put into avoiding those situations where I can't handle the bike so well (low-speed U-turns, etc).

MSF RIDING COURSE QUESTION

burkazoid, I'd suggest the Advanced class with your Nomad. No real pressure or tests there, just a chance to learn and get more comfortable.

MSF RIDING COURSE QUESTION

I agree with ells but you should be out practicing the things you had issue with. Conquering those u-turns can make a big difference in many of the other manuvers.

I've taken the basic but haven't seen any ads for the others in this area.
