No highway bars right? So if you drop it in a parking lot it will smash a few thousand dollars of lower fairings and saddle bags? Really interested in this bike, but that part really scares me. I will admit I have dropped my voyager a couple of times.

If you are still dropping bikes, maybe it is time to hit the gym or get a trike. Just saying.

No damage above the doohickys.

There is an engine guard integrated with the lower fairing. The lower fog/driving lights are connected to it. It even sticks out enough that you can mount highway pegs, but it is a close fit. It has a plastic cover over most of it.
