Can we delete threads we start?

Like in the for sale section, if we sell an item can we delete that thread?

Nope. You can put that the item is sold and it accomplishes the same thing.

I always thought deleting our own threads was something we should be able to do.
If we make a mistake in the title of a thread we can't even correct it once we post.

If you don't make mistakes, you don't need to correct anything.
I have a perfect posting record.
I never make mistakes.

However, if you go back to edit you can remove what you said in your first post
and write in that the item is sold. Then go to the end and make a post that says
the item is sold. Hope that this helps, I also try to be helpful. Is that a Sasquatch...

You can't delete the thread (title) once people respond, you still can delete your original post, which makes those who responded seem like babbling fools.

I know we can delete our posts, I said we should be able to edit our title as well as our posts.
I have seen some of those posts where you seem like a babbling fool
