It does have a "ledge" in the back, as seen in the pictures...stuff can be placed there with the helmets in place. This trunk is really a great mod, as others will attest. Hope the pictures help!

Thanks Poppy! I appreciate the pics ... I'm sold on the trunk ... just gotta start putting some $$$ back to make it happen. I think I'll try my first time at painting ... gotta learn sometime.

The painting is an art, for sure. I blasted this with spray cans for the heck of it and really knarled it up. No biggie though. I expected that.
