Nope, it looks a lot higher in the pic than it actually is. It is as low as it goes without cutting the metal. That will probably be my next project.

Lets see a better pic of the reflective strips on the bags. I put mine on the bottom cross support bar.

Bike looks DaMn good TC, I was going to guess the reflective strips on the saddlebags, I guess Im just a day late and a dollar short.
