Gel seat for the Voyager, good / bad??

Anybody try the Kawasaki Gel seat for the Voyager? What difference did it make? I run the two-piece Voyager seat on my Vaquero when the wife rides because she loves the rear section. However the front section sucks, it's too low and has me cramped up on the tank.

I use the gel seat on my Voyager for longer trips and it does sit you higher, but also puts you more towards the tank.

I have the full gel seat set-up. (driver, passenger, driver backrest, tall passenger backrest)
I have put about 1000 miles on the seat and I cannot complain so far.

It is definitely a harder seat and as highwayman said it does sit you up higher.
