Did about 12 miles on the Nomad, to get it out for a little exercise.

I did the same as you Ron. I believe any engine should be run periodically so I rode 7 miles today. With the temp at 57 it felt really nice.

We broke the old record high for today which was 59F in 1956 by 7 degrees! So with a high temp of 66F I went on a 100mile ride after work! It was dark and much cooler by the time I got home but fun. The longest stretch I have not rode so far this winter might have been 5days so this has been a great winter to say the least so far!!

Ahhh...winters and droughts in Texas. I've ridden to work everyday this week. The temps have ranged from the upper 30's in the morning to the 60's and 70's for the ride home.

When I remember that I have a truck, I go out and start her...I swear I can hear her whispering a wish for a rainy day.

Hi, ToeJam and welcome from the Azores!!

I have to walk around the front of the bike every time I go in or out of the house. Just kills me. I used to pat her gently on her tank but that's off in a corner now. Think I'll give her a hug when I get home this afternoon.

It's really good to hear how some are able to get out and enjoy the fresh air,
the rumble, the vibes, the feeling of travelling on two wheels, it's awesome.
