A Mexican restaurant called "Mi Nidito". It's on 4th Ave, just south of downtown Tucson.

Rode over to Wildwood to get a new CT put on the bike. Got about 70 miles round trip.

The food was excellent. The restaurant was small but very clean and the service was top notch. It was very busy, we had to wait half an hour for a table. I would guess Man v Food can probably take credit for its popularity.

That car had 5 air bags all deployed. It couldn't have happened 30 seconds before we got there as fluid had just started pouring from the front end of the car. Kind of a sad scene to see that large buck in the middle of the road suffering. Not much we could do... At first I thought of grabbing it by the antlers and dragging it off the road so it could die in peace but then thought better of it.

That thing could be in shock and kick the shit out of me if I tried to help... anyway 271 mile RT for the day.. Cold windy and very cloudy with sprinkles all day..
You should have used a tire iron from the wrecked car, and pounded that deer between the eyes with it until it stopped moving. Or used your concealed weapon on it.

A knife works well too.

Ive used a knife on a deer before under the same circumstances. A gun would have been a lot better.

I didn't have a gun. I came up on a deer car accident where the woman hit an 8 pointer. I basically slit it's throat. I also put it in the back of her truck. That was a heavy deer, but I was 20 and full of life then.

And now back to the damn subject!

I had to go and pick up a prescription for my wife. Checked air in tires and both were low. Once I had the pressure at 41 pounds in each tire and even though it was misting rain I rode and got her medicine. Rode a total of 5 miles and barely beat the rain.

Gerry I do run 41 pounds. They are Dunlop Elite 3s and that is the recommended tire pressure. You can run less but for the best tire life that is the highly recommended pressure.

Any deer I ever hit with my car or truck, and I have hit a few, the meat was so brusied and he insides were like liquid. Definatly not worth the mess.

I rode a very cold 60 miles to my brother's house in Maryland. It was 36 degrees when I left my house. Spent the day and rode back in a nice warm F-250. I left my bike in his garage.
