Well, tomorrow I just need to finish packing the bike. Have everything but the tire pressures checked on the bike. Friday morning, take the dogs to the kennel, fuel up, pick wife up and stop by the optomitrist to pick up my new sunglasses. Then hit the road for Rawlins.

Pretty much the same for me except I did check the air pressure already and I don't have to pick up the wife and I don't have dogs. I have to say there is some trepidation. I've never ridden this far before. It's going to be a trip.

I'm going to finish packing too Joel. I hate to say this but the bike seems to be running a little rough.
The plugs aren't that old. Has anyone every had to readjust a TFI after it's been set? I think I'll just give it a once over. Then it's off to Everett WA and Kris's place and some fishing at his local river. Everyone think Pink. Then on the road Sunday.

Ricky you might have got a bad tank of gas too. dump some "heet" walmart into your tank to make sure if you picked up some moisture in your tank and this should take care it it! Mine ran rough for about a month and after I did this she's purring again.

Thanks Brad but the MPG are down as well. Have you adjusted your TFI {if you have one} I'll give it a shot though. :)

A couple tid bits

Reminder......take your KawaNOw emergency list if you are on it.

There is a Kawasaki Dealer and a couple other dealers in Eureka about 85 miles away. Some in Medford and Red Bluff as well. I did not find any MC shops in Crescent City but maybe someone that knows the area better will chime in.

You probably have better luck finding Kawasaki. For me, I'd have to go to Medford OR or Chico California. Medford is only 60 miles.
