Dont go editing my postes there Brad. ;)
Only thing besides the originally stated ingredients that would make 'em better is some alcohol... (for purely medicinal purposes of course); but then the whole (semi, pseudo, quasi)"healthy" part gets blown outta the water. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

I weighed 202 this morning and that is down from my normal weight of 205. Guess three pounds is better than nothing.

Those smoothy recipes look good, but isn't the Bicardi's rum an important ingredient to leave out. ;) Or is it bad for the diet?

"Biggest loser" 2011 anyone?
I chose a near cloudless day to venture into the gym after many years away from one, just to cut down the chances of being struck down by a bolt of lightning. I figure the odds of either event were about equal so better to be safe than sorry.
Dear baby daughter is working out for track and we enjoyed a good hour of activity together. walked a mile at 4 mph then worked chest, shoulders and legs at a moderate level so I'll be able to hold my arms out and grip the bars on the TXVROC ride to Goliad in the chill of a 33 degree morning tomorrow. Anyway, the highly accurate scales we use for weighing chemicals at work said my starting point for this biggest loser game is 363. |

Yeah Lar, maybe I have already started my exercise program.
I shoveled off the big garage, the small garage and the shed roofs yesterday. Tomorrow I have to knock the ice off the eves. I love winter, the snow is so pretty ;)
