I like the blue color. It's illegal in my state. Only police can have blue lights on their vehicles.

Ok so an update. After going out for a long ride last night a pin pointed the rattle noice coming from the left hand side of the bike. The exhaust will need to be replaced. I have the exhaust from my 99 nomad. Im going to clean it up and see if i can get her put on.

Status update..... it works. Have no backfire, no hesation. Not sure on mpg yet but will let you know what i think. Still need set of pipes. Probably a fuel processor. And a cruise although with how nice and straight she rides.. maybe no cruise

Go Cobras or Vance & Hines, debaffle stock is a waste of time. I was not impressed with the sound and some have found loss of backpressure results in poorer performance.

Mine's got blue lights too; and a policeman used to own it.
I haven't turned them on, though. would like to change them out.
