Problem solved.

After all the shenanigins over the head shake, listening to and trying all the remedies that have been suggested on here, including a new tapered head race set that cost me $350, i put on a new set of Maxxis M6011 whitewall,s, 150/80/16 both end,s, and had the wheel,s balanced, f--k me dead, no head shake at all, and it handle,s so light and precise, it corner,s like i would never have believed, you can keep your Avon Cobra,s & Venom,s So gentlemen, wheel balancing was the answer for me, it just might work for you,and save you some money

Update: Got two new kicks, Michelin Commander II, front 130/90-16, rear stock. Great difference, steering is much lighter. The wobble is much less, can't say totally gone 'cause haven't ridden that much since new tires, but I'm hopeful. I'm going to snug up the bearing nut anyway, since I want to put some additional rise below the bars anyhow.

I'm betting that just installing new tires will reduce the feeling of wobble but as the tires wear it will come back much like a new front tire will cure howling in the corners till it too starts to cup.
Let us know how it works out over time.
Mind has never wobbled through two sets of different tire brands but my head bearing is fairly stiff, so that may be the difference.

I wanted to say that earlier but I didn't want to be accused of being negative. Hopefully it is the cure for these guys.

Worn and underinflated tires will cause a wobble. New tires fluffed up tight will greatly diminish wobble.
By the way, the easiest, and cheapest, way to balance your tires is to put 2 ounces of airsoft pellets in the tire. Works on both front and rear.
