There's no just in that ridemslow. Without you guys, almost nothing happens in this country. Y'all are very important to all of us, even if you don't get the recognition you deserve.

What's your profession?

I've been building, programing, and generally playing around with electronics, computers and computer controlled equipment since I was a teenager. My first computer kit came from Radio Shack back in 1967 and ran off flashlight batteries. I fixed cars and built engines in a VW shop and worked as a mechanic for an AMC dealer while I was in school. I studied mechanical engineering at USU but never did really work in that field.

I designed roof trusses, wrote computer programs to calculate the geometry, and wrote programs to build pre-fab housing on a semi-automated production line using pneumatic jigs and electric conveyors. I designed jigs and fixtures for heavy equipment manufacturing. I did aluminum window-wall and curtain wall design for medium to high-rise buildings. I designed prison equipment. I did complex sheet metal layouts and programmed CNC punch & press equipment.

I also worked a couple years as a Teamster, delivering, servicing and operating heavy equipment, back during the big aerospace bust when engineers were flipping burgers and selling furniture because there were no jobs available.

For the past 14 years I've been the CADD Manager for a group of consulting engineers, which means that I spend my life playing with computers.

Hey, that's kind of an interesting craft. Is that like a tunnel hull or catamaran with equipment winched up and down between the two hulls?

Smarty pants. Per SB228 D.C. P.T. capped at 24 visits. I would offer you a chance to drop your claim before I refered you to the fraud unit at the D.O.I after videoing your sorry butt fake limping going to and from Nico's place!!

I assume you mean the D.O.J. Though privately you probably do refer to it as the Department Of Incompetance. ;)

Also, I wasn't limping when I went in.

Go figure.... ::)
