South Central Group, Missouri April Rally

Well crap Jim. I had to cancel my reservations. Some family issues have popped up that require me to miss out on this rally/ride. I hate it when life gets in the way of fun

I guess that I'll see everyone at the national in June.

I was able to get caught up at work and so will take off tomorrow around 11 and should be at the motel between 5 and 6 tomorrow.
I'm sending my cell number to Jim and Liz if you are looking.

Arrived safely, now if it would just quit raining. ;)

Got home around 2:00. About 660 miles total. Went southwest to MO 17 and then to highway 7 and had a really nice ride home.

Made it home! Had a great time, got to meet some new people and enjoyed everyones company. That wind got tough this afternoon. I made several stops and rode part of the scenic route, 275mi home, 920 total. One of the stops was at the dealer in Neosho, looked at both the red and black Vaquero, a 05 Nomad and a used 2010 Voyager. He has a lot better stock than around here. Will try to get some pictures up later.

I got home about 4:00 yesterday. I think I wore out the left side of my tires from riding at a 45 degree angle most of the way home due to the wind. I heard on the news it was blowing at 40 to 50 mph. 1620 miles total for the trip. I had a great time. I'm to go again!

I had a really great time at the rally. I got to meet some new riders and see others from the board. i enjoyed the 2 days I got to ride with everyone. Glad to hear everyone got home safe. Thanks to Jim and Liz for putting the rally together, now I can't wait for Antlers this fall. Also hope we do a Missouri rally again soon.
