Mother made tortire' at the holidays, always had some in the freezer, for special occassions. Always had it with gravy. Never tried it with maple syrup. Is it really good?

Ketchup, gravy but NOT maple syrup! And tortiÃ¨re isn't really a sugar shack thing, more a holiday thing :)

Totiere, how did you get the accent mark over the letter?
I noticed that my mother's pie really tasted different than anyone else's I've tried.
