Nothing Elvis....I ignored that one. I was asking about "H.D. riders are defined by the brand". I'm the same guy that rode an '07 Nomad for four years.

Gestation? This stands to be a bit more difficult. Thanks for clearing this part of the mystery up, it's common knowledge that pachyderms have a long gestation period and that should have been my first guess instead of piller, a hemet, or a turkey! STUPID, StUpid, stupid!
However now I can understand the reason for the thread about the size of your tiny coin purse. Obviously, you wouldn't know the size of that which you can not see.

Please read again. The first statement was NOT "Harley Riders are defined by the brand" If you want an answer to a specific statement, please be SPECIFIC.

Yeah at first, but if you'll wait for an hour you can have his, maybe an hour.5 because last I heard they diluted it. In any case it's hard to check passes when you gotta hold on to the ground for stability.

So I bin toll.

Makers Mark decided not to reduce the alcohol content of their brand after Greg threatened them with bodily harm

You can always count on "Good ol' Greg". I kinda figgered he had somethin g to do with it. He's been hard to get a holt of for the last couple weeks, and that musta been why!

Anyway, you only need wait an hour now that thats known in the event he pulls your pass. Which I imagine is perhaps a done deal now.

I planned on bringing one to help hold-up the tradition of the NCR...

Don is not coming to Estes (family obligation at that time)...

Tent is invitation-only... passes required... however, no phone, no pool, no pets... and I ain't got no cigarettes...

Gibby's pass has been revoked... up and until I see the Maker's Mark bottle... then we'll reconsider letting him in (one night at a a time).

Being an "official" Ambassador with Maker's Mark, we were informed of the alcohol reduction some time ago. Well... let me tell you... you just don't mess with a bunch of bourbon drinkers liquor! Not unless you want to have a bunch of drunks on your hands... Mission accomplished though... no change in the bourbon, and another great, free advertisement scheme was successful in putting Maker's Mark in the headlines.

So is the V-twin motor. Although the V-twin design has inherent disadvantages, it has become de facto standard for certain class of motorcycles since early Indians and later H-Ds.

If the remarks are just casual statements and intended for some fun, no problem. But if there's an interest in understanding how technology and innovation is perceived and adopted by large number of people, I'd recommend reading "Diffusion of Innovations" by Everett Rogers.

As far as I'm concerned, motorcycles are generally emotional affair. One can travel from A to B on the most advanced motorcycle or on a vintage bike but who is to say which rider is having more fun?

I like Victory's 106 ci Freedom v-twin, I like Indian's 105 ci Power-plus engine, I like Nomad's 95 ci motor and this should go without saying but just to reiterate: I like HD's 103 ci twin cam engine, just the way it is.

My guess is a V twin is cheaper to produce than an inline four ?

How many would like the comfort and amenities of say a Voyager, but with an inline four engine, with better mileage ?
