IDaho...was it you who shared some pics of their back porch SOMEWHERE long ago? Can't remember who it was...but would love to see that porch now...would be beautiful w/the snow...maybe you/whoever it was could take another one? Sorry I 'hacked'...will go back to my room now!!

The other morning coming home from work I had a breathtaking view of the sun comming up and the snow covered Oquirrh mountains I wish I had my camera.

Weather was great here in Louisiana on Saturday. Took a 200 mile trip to nowhere.

Bob...I've found that there is good and bad in almost everything!! I'm sure our Eastcoasters would LOVE to be able to ride at 7 tonight...dont complain too loudly...it might get ugly here!!

Hey topcat, last time you reported any snow you said only 6" around the shed. Now you are saying you have a foot and a half. What gives? Are you making your own snow up there?

If I was making my own snow I would quit now Once the lake effect starts you can really get hammered real fast. The snow has settled a bit now but when I posted it was 1 1/2 feet. Here is my world today 12-9-07

Well, today it's raining and it's turned cold in ETex. Glad I got some riding in yesterday.

Snow angels?
I got that out of my system long ago, Trip. I don't play in this stuff anymore. I used to ski and snowmobile. The only thing I do now is plow and snow blow when necessary and hunt deer when the season is open.
Other than that it is TV or play on the computer.
Oh yeah, I also buy stuff for the Nomad during this downtime

I did ride to work friday and was warm about 82-84 in the afternoon, was warm sunday about 80 at the peak then a cool front hit now its about 59 and a little mist, next couple days will be a Tahoe to work. :-)

Hmmm you'd probably be better off taking that one yourself, since I havent ever taken Physics. Unless I decide to chase a bachelors degree, Physics isnt likely to happen for me. This is my last semester on my AAS degree; and I'm not real motivated to go any further since there's no money in Occupational Safety & Health, or at least not enough to keep me in the "manner to which I have become accustomed".
