If you forgot to put the side stand down there is no saving it,that's for sure.

I'm OC so I can't see forgetting the side stand. Probably check it 4 or 5 times just to be sure. Then once more in case. Detective Monk has nothing on me. I'm thinking, lower it until it's almost all the way down, then stand on the left side to guide it the rest of the way. OTOH, it's been years since I put anything on a lift so I've probably got the sequence wrong.

I can see it now. Chris is so OC about the side stand he rides off with the adapter still hooked to the underside of the bike.

Good evening everyone, I'm new here and the proud owner of a Vaquero, I'm also a major wise-ass. I felt compelled to point out that Abe Lincoln is on the Penny, it's Jefferson on the nickle. I you're gonna bust balls get you ball bustin correct.

This post is all in good fun. I hope not to start off on a bad note.

Just ordered my lift from Harbor Freight for the $59.99 price with the coupon code. Total with tax and shipping was $69.38. What a deal!

Welcome from Alabama Lessenone. You need to go to the new member section and tell everyone about yourself. Noticed your reply to BD and since it was your first post wanted to welcome you.
