How many miles do you run your synthetic oil?

OCI = 3,000 ± a few miles.

No ST7317 available at our WM either.

How many miles do you run your synthetic oil?

I usually change the oil between 3 and 4k miles. Rotella 15W-40 in my Nomad, mowers, tractor, and F-350.

My Walmart also does not have the ST7317 oil filter, so I usually just order the Purolator Pure One PL14612 from Amazon.

my take on the lack of filters is all the folks that are using the 7317 on bikes has created a shortage. i stock pile them when i find them. i think they are honda car filters. they fit most makes of bikes so there is a big demand for them. walmart and the filter manufacturer are probably wondering whose eating all the filters.

Last time I was in the local Wal Mart, I noticed that they aren't carrying the Mobil 1 full syn 4T anymore. They replaced it with Castrol full syn MC oil for the same price they were selling the Mobil 1 4T. They must bid it out and whoever gives a better price that's what they go with. I also noticed that they don't have any ST 7317 filters on the shelf anymore in the 3 Wal Marts that are local to my area. Don't know what gives on this.

How many miles do you run your synthetic oil?

I was buying oil last week for an oil change and couldn't find the Mobil1 20W50 synthetic at Walmart. I bought Rotella T6 instead. I bought a Mobil1 oil filter at O'Reilly Auto Parts for $12.99. When I opened it up, it bore a strong resemblance to the ST7317, right down to the lot# markings on the canister.
