I know how it hurts to see the ride all scratched and twisted. Get well soon. I haven't read all the posts here but will hopefully find one where you are well on the mend and the Nomad is all better too. Again, glad you're alright.
Geez Ricky....this thread is 26 pages deep and you just saw it... ? I think 22 pages of it is just Loafer and Ponch....but yeah.....CJ has us all puckered up waitin' on his "Press Conference" as to what his new bike is. He must be busy wheelin' and dealin' today cause he sure has been quiet. Probably seeing what kind of accessories he can get tossed into the deal on that new red Vaquero.... . He probably gave up on the HD when the out-the-door price jumped from $19,500 to $29,500 by the time he had it the way he wanted..... ;).
Well good Lord Kris....I've been on vacation for the last two weeks, soaking up the sun! Unlike you waiting for it to warm up and roads to to be dry so you can ride. I'm stayin in touch. Sorry gotta run. The beer is now being served on the pool deck. Suppose to reach into the high 80's today. ha ha ha ha LMAO!!!
:'( Going home tomorrow though. Thats not so funny. :(

If you're travelling near Anamosa, Iowa, stop by and see my cousin Kody Wisner: http://wisnercycles.blogspot.com/

In order for Scott to have made such a quick decision on his next bike, he must have been "eyeing" something for awhile. Hope all works out with the new purchase.

I'm glad you're OK - helmets are nice things to have on when things go against plan. Nice new bike, I have many, many friends with Glides and they are all very pleased with their rides. Good color choice on yours - congrats on the new ride even though it wasn't a "planned" purchase. :)

Heck, I start eyeing my "next" bike the day after I get one - but I hope to keep this Nomad under me for 2 or 3 more years at least.

I have mentioned many times in the past that I was looking for the next bike to replace the Nomad. I most likely would have sold it or traded it in within the next 12 months, anyway.

The crash just accelerated my timeline and added urgency to finding a replacement.

Turn up the music and keep some popsicles on ice, cruise the playgrounds, maybe a couple balloons on the handlebars and you have a side business!

If you do that here, someone will probably shoot you. Too many pedophiles.

Please help me here. I don't see any new thread with pic of your new bike Scott. I see the footer photos. Tell me I'm not seeing purple though.
