Todd and I talked about folks not posting as much lately while we were in Atlantic Beach after Chuck Burt's service. I agree with Todd, that folks are out riding and busy with spring/summer activities right now. Once the cold weather sets in, activity will probably pick up on the main board.

LOL. Sorry TC. Just trying to offer reasons why we aren't seeing some folks.

I search around til I find a good thread and gracefully or not interrupt and make myself at home. I Always check in the main board first, then I lurk and stalk.

It seems like the Pacific NorthWest boys spend more time in the General Boards than in our Regional one. I really don't think that the group is splintered, I think that there is a lot of comraderie on all the boards (except when talking about politics, maybe). The T-shirt idea is a good idea; generic KawaNOW apparel is available and this adds yet another way that we can show off our pride in our ride.

Actually I'm sure everybody is out this election year campaigning for their favorite presidential candidate. ???

Yep, I agree.....everyone is still active doing other things right now. I've noticed over the last few weeks that discussions and posts seem to be lacking, but I feel that will pick up when it starts getting colder.

The summer heat has also caused a lot of riders to garage their bikes and do other things. Once colder weather hits, posts will probably increase due to trip discussions and plans.

BTW, kudos to Amy and Todd for taking time out to attend Chuck's service. I can't think of anyone better to represent KawaNOW.

And fish.....I'm thinking it would be cool to have t-shirts made with the regional logos and the words "KawaNOW Nomaddicts" at the bottom. What do you think?

Just heard on the news the other day that some of the worlds greatest geniuses suffered from some sort of mental illness.

It was an honor to attend Chuck's service. What a representative he was of the biking world. His family is very aware of the love he had for the bike too.
