Looks like a great trip! Sucks that the tranny problem made you cut it short, but at least you had some good riding before the troubles started.

I had no idea I was that close Todd, or I would have. Once the tranny acted up it was a little harder to stay focused on riding and enjoying everything, I kept thinking the next shift may be the last and then I'm stuck far from home.

Krash, Thanks for the pictures on the Bridge Ride. A buddy and myself finally decided to do the the bridge one week. We did 1400 miles round trip. Had a great time.

Looks like a great trip except the tranny issue. I want to do the Blue Ridge Parkway some day. Too bad it was wet when you were there.

It is some great country to ride in and they also have some great restaurants there as well.
