That's the price we pay for 9 months of awesome riding weather. Then I have to get up early to ride up to the twisties around the Grand Canyon for a cool summer ride.

It is in the high 70's, low 80's this week here in NC. I have managed to get in about 400+ miles in the last 3 days. I will be off work for the next 2 days and will be putting more miles on her. Hope to do about 250 miles on Thursday.

Going to be in the upper 70s to low 80s the rest of the week. 20% chance of rain each day and that isn't enought to stop me from riding.

That translates differently depending where you hear it. In Seattle it means that it will definitely rain 20% of the day on the whole area. In Phoenix it means a 20% chance of any rain any where, but only for a short time.

Where getting excited up in N.E. Alberta. People are talking about the possibility of maybe getting out for a ride in mid april. Right now it is a warm +3c and goes to a low of -10c at nite. Not much snow but plenty of ice. Dreaming is nice but reality is that we will probably be in for several more major dumpings of snow before mr. winter takes a hike.

Yesterday I was finally able to do my break-in drills, the first oil/filter change at 20 miles and then I put another 80 miles on her...

Today looks so nice I took the day off work, 75 and sunny is going to be more fun rolling on the Vaquero than sitting in the office staring out the window...
