Hey bud good choice. Those 750s sure can be tricked out though. I have seen some real sick looking 750 shadows. Just glad that you riding again. Doesnt this hobby/life suck sometimes on the wallet LOL . OK who the hell smited me LOL. I was trying to be the karma guru in the + part. Now I'm -1 shame on who ever did that...LOL :)

Now I feel guilty for not getting a Vulcan........ tell me it's OK, guys......

Just got back from the lake.... about 60 miles round trip.... I thought someone put risers on it... but checked out a new one.... they're identical to the 2002... and they come that way!!!

This will be my bike for hopping on and running around town.... I think I'll keep it and sell the V-45 Sabre....

Even if you do sell it once the Nomad is fixed, you'll still most likely get your money back out of it. At 3K to purchase it will not depreciate that much before the Nomad is fixed and then you could sell or keep and not be wrong either way. For allot of folks the 750 Shadow is all the bike they want.

Nico the 750 is A great riding bike. when they stole the flh back in the 80's I bought 750ltd I had great times on that ride, and I think that was the most important thing was being out there enjoying the ride. so the LONG and short is as long as you ride you'll always be a kawaNow man ENJOY. ride safe.

Hey I have a question........ Anyone have experience with drilling the baffles on a Shadow????

It's almost as quiet a Blowndodge's... can't have that!!!

I used a 1/2 inch bit and drilled at the 12 3 6 and 9 o'clock poistions. Can't say I loved the sound but the guy that recomended it loved his. It did make it louder than stock but not as loud as V&H.
