REPLACEMENT CLUTCH DISCS

Set last friction disk in shallow notch just like direction show and didnt replace steel plates iam going to try a mighty vac bleeder tommorow i think it might be air and iam just not getting all of it iam hoping so anyway the weather been to nice to be drivin a car will know more tommorow thanks

After installing my Barnett spring, I could hold the clutch lever against the grip and I could still feel the bike trying to move forward. I ended up having to change the setting on the clutch lever adjustment knob to 1. It gives you just a little bit more throw on the clutch pushrod and that solved my problem.

REPLACEMENT CLUTCH DISCS

Move the lever adjustment knob to number 1 and see what happens. Brian had his Nomad jumping on him at start-up with his adjustment on 2 but it works okay with the adjustment on 1.

Well blead system seams to work better but my iso grip was little twisted so lever wasnt hitting chrome strip the rubber pillows wouldnt let lever throw enough twisted little bit and set lever to one and seams to be much better now thanks for all the great info
