Too bad I have to work. I would like to ride with you for a while. Hwy 62 goes right thru Farmington ( where I live ), Fayetteville and all across north AR.
Use caution while comming from Westville to Fayetteville there are several small towns that used to have a reputation for passing out driving awards to people who show the ability to drive faster that the posted limit, it is not as bad as it used to be.
It is a beautiful ride. I have been a lot of places and seen some beautiful country. I don't know any that look any better, just different.
Have a wonderful trip, ride safe!

Thanks guys. I made it yesterday about 25 minutes before my wife landed at the local airport. I will give y'all a more verbose report later, but I have to say that Northern Arkansas has some of the most amazing and beautiful riding I have seen yet. I have to say though in the beauty of south of Louisville is incredibe. The lush green mountains there are incredible. Also I am sickened by the amount of volume on the roads back east. I am spoiled living where I do as there is no traffic in comparison. It was a incredible ride that involved tornado sirens going off and some spectacular lightning and some very long days in the saddle, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. More later in a new thread. Doc, where the hell is my BBQ????? :)
