Ok, if you're talking Seattle, WA, for example, that's 3300 miles each way. Wonder if my Nomad can fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment :) ? Seriously think trailer to tow her for that trip....

It only seems fair that it would switch sides of the Mississippi every time. But I'm not opposed to it being near Colorado every time :)

West Virginia is really nice for riding, and everything is priced pretty good in that State, or even Tenessee is good, but more cops on the roads.

East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, North Georgia. Of course, I'll take the long route to the rally via Phoenix to pick up CJ. Got to experience the heat, crime and traffic.

If you look at the membership centroid (minimum average distance for the most people) you end up in something like Kentucky or Tennessee. Would work for me. But then with that logic it would be in the some area every time.

What about a travailing rally have a starting point and an ending point. east or west doesn't matter where we start people could join in and ride as far as they want or do the whole thing.

We actually discussed that very thing. Only bad part is the daily unpacking and then packing again in the morning.

It is hard to find a location that will allow everyone to attend. Keeping it central still leaves out many. I say we put pontoons on all our nomads and float them all to Europe for the first KawaNOW International Rally. Ihear Hawaii is nice this time of year.

Way to go Sarge. Thats sort of what I thought about for the Northeast rally. Although it might be a pain in the butt to pack up everyday :-/
