As you said... there are no other parts to replace in these things... thus the leak remains.
Is Moen owned by Harley? just askin' cause of all the expensive leaking going on..??!!

Still sticking with a leaky product Greg! You can't go wrong! LOL
Okay, okay... have all the fun you want BD ;)

Problem resolved!

Moen sent me a new cartridge under warranty, the new one inserted into the valve body a lot easier than the other one. The faucet no drippee no more!

No it was a genuine Moen replacement part.

I haven't felt re-energized to re-tackle mine according to Mac's suggestion.

I'll give it one more try... if not... I'll be calling Moen like you did CJ and see if I get any satisfaction.

Otherwise... it will be a cheap old-fashioned faucet with washers. I know I can change them easily.

I have since found out that Moen isn't the best choice if you have hard water. Im still using them in the kitchen but the days are numbered.
In an attempt to drag this back to motorcycles, say what you want about Moen, they have the best chrome. At least they have that going for them.

Well glad it worked out...you know my hubby had been a fireman for 34 yrs but did plumbing before he even joined the FD and continued to do plumbing on off days up till few years ago. Holler if starts up again and I'll ask the old man. ;)
