I average about 36-38. The best I ever got was 42. 2007 1600 with fuel processor debaffled stock exhaust, chuckster intake. In the AZ heat, ride year around. Regular gas in the fall, winter and spring. Premium in the summer to stop the pinging.

Do you ever ride your bike other than commuting? I used to get 50+ MPG riding back to the valley from Prescott, Payson or Globe. It helps when you have a long downhill run.
