Goose, I wish I hadn't planned these other rides or I'd be up there in a heart beat. Maybe some time before that I may venture up for a cool ride.
Coach,

what's the story on the tri-fecta? Want to move this post before we hijack their thread?

OK Dick. I'm gonna take I-40 to get to one or the other. I'll need a guide to get me the rest of the way. :) And good company.

Not sure of the ride route yet? Will have something posted soon
though. Last years ride over the Skyway and The Dragon was a
blast hardly anyone was out (imagine that!). If anyone is interested
please let me know as I will need to turn in the order
for the patches for this soon!
If at all possible, I will try to make it. Unfortunately, I may be driving back from Seattle. Miss Nancy is still there trying to sell the house and I need to drive the truck back here.

I40W will get you to the Clyde/Waynesville, NC area, but then you have to head cross country.
I assume you'll be spending the night somewhere?

Well Crazy DK, I looked at it again and by google maps its going to take me nearly six hours to get there from my door. I need to see what the family plans are. I really don't want to spend New Years Eve in a motel. Most likely They'll tag along and we'll do something close to the market. I'll search the net and see whats going on.

Besides, you have to be a little "crazy" to even think about a ride on Jan 1st.
But I'm willing to do it just to say I did.....and see if Mike shows up. ::)
