I was out there the 17th through the 21st. That would be a damn shame if they closed the parkway. I really enjoyed that laid back scenic ride through there. One of the best roads in the area.

Glad you enjoyed the area..

I love it here, you're right about the Dragon there are a lot better roads than it..

If you've never experienced it, and are up to it, by all means have at it. I've already got my t-shirt..

Agreed. I have spent 3 out of the last 4 weekends up in east tn/west nc area. Great time of year to be up there.

Great pictures and thanks for sharing. We love riding in that area but don't get the chance often enough or in the fall due to my job. We have quite a few members in that area too.
