Doc Those are the Kuryakyn COVERs ,, you pull the rubber pad off install the covers,, Had them since last year,, no issues.. Hers the link... I paid less then 80/90$ last year from Sam at Smith Bros.

radco, is that an actual heal shifter you installed, or is it a brake pedal? I like the looks.

Rad....you mentioned the "heel shifter" is an 8029 Kury brake pad for HD......and the picture looks like it is.
According to Kuryakyn, 8029 is not a cover and installs using 1/4-20x3/4" flat cap screw which matches up with stock HD brake pedal mounting hole.
Did you drill the heel shifter stock metal plate?
If not, how did you install it?
