Had a good experience with them when I purchased my 11 inch clear windshield. They will even cut the shield down for you if you get one that is to tall. You would incur the cost of the shipping though. The 11 inch has been great for me. Good coverage. No buffeting. Hope that helps ya.

Think I will just do a wind vest. Seems like folks around the forum love them. Kinda weird ordering the site says "black" or "gunsmoke" are the two options. I assume black is darker but what a silly way to put it.

If you are on a budget you can use a harley batwing shield that you can get off ebay for around 20 bucks.
I loosend the center and two outer bolts and removed the other 2 on the stock vaquero shield and slid the batwing shield behind the stock one tightend down the 3 screws and marked the shield through the 2 open holes. pulled it back off and drilled the marks out with a small drill ( you have to be careful not to break the plastic) after I had the holes located I took a dremel and slotted the shield up to the holes. Then installed the shield behind the factory one and tightened everything down,, Works like a champ,, you will have to sand some off the bottom of the batwing shield as well,,

Nice improvising. Looks better than I thought it would before I paged down. I am not real crafty but like a challenge.

Wow the stock ones were very lightly applied and still the stock shield was cracked. I just barely snugged them up. Thanks y'all.
