Just weighed in and am 198 which is still 7 pounds below my starting weight. If I can keep it below 200 I will be happy.

Went from 268 to 225 since Feb. Going to stabilize for the summer (beer) and hopefully loose another 15 in the fall/winter.

Weighed 199 this morning. At least I am staying under 200 now. Started at 205 so even though it is only down 6 pounds I am feeling better. Blood glucose is even doing better.

Ive lost a few pounds since the accident, as soon as the casts come off I'll start working out, ive lost a fair bit of muscle in my arms and legs the last few weeks. Im hoping to put it all back by fall when I go hunting.

I'm calling a Mulligan. I'm back in the game. I believe I was 214 two months ago before I went to school at work and I up to 227 ::), so I'll star back there again.

Lets take it wasy on our West Coast Bretheren ;) The West Coast was represented by TomK who not only rode two-up for 2500 miles; but graciously (and without any prompting) volunteered the Left Coast to host the 2013 National during his Chuck Burt Traveler Award acceptance speech. I'm looking forward to riding out west in two years :)
