48 hours went by and I knew I could really quit the habit. Meanwhile, since it's a big weekend I bought a pack and figured I'll quit again Tuesday. It's really a very enjoyable habit when you know you can control it like that.

Well, please don't let yourself get to the point where you're thinking, "Gee, I could sure use more oxygen." and you can't seem to get enough, so they give you this little green cylinder to cart around.

The truth is I think I came very close to that point. Hell, I may have passed it and I just don't know it yet. You know what they say..."Dead man walking"? That could be me right now and I just don't know it yet.

Still smokin like freight train along with doing Skoal now. Now I can't breathe and my lip hurts. Thanks for asking

Its been 23 years since I quite before that it was 2 pks. a day for 10 years. Here is what I did after several attempts at quiting. I quite for a week and knew that I was going to try it again so I took a Marlboro regular no light crap, lite it up took a long hard deep drag got light headed thing were spinning a little and through it out the window and haven't had one since

:)

I did gain about 50 lbs :(
