'07 1600 Nomad Headlight issue

Been having a problem with my headlight not coming on when I start my bike. If I tap the starter button a couple of times, the headlight might come on, might not. Checked the fuse/relay box under the right side cover as per the manual. I have no juice coming out on the blue/yellow for the headlight. Leads me to believe the relay built into the box is bad. Bad news is that box lists at Ron Ayres for about 121.00 bucks! (ouch) Any other ideas what it might be before I spend that kind of money??

TIA

Try to wiggle the high low beam rocker switch side to side and see if the headlight will stay on.

Tried wiggling EVERYTHING and it still doesn't come on.
Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and buy a new fuse block

Thanks.

It might not be the fuse block.

Check your stator connectors. There are two of them and they are inside the cover on the left side of the engine.

For the stator connections, just take off the left side engine cover to get to them?
