Low RPM rattle from fairing area

Over the last couple rides I have noticed a fairly apparent rattle coming from the front of the fairing. After a bit of tinkering, thumping and tapping I found it was coming from the headlamp. I removed the headlight assembly and started adjusting the tightness on the mounting screws and still had the rattle. I then noticed the mounting bracket had a stress fracture where it is bent over.
Has anyone seen this before?It doesn't seem to be worth my while to get it replaced under warranty when I can find the part online for under $30 shipped.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1426436129.423033.jpg

30 bucks is 30 bucks. If it was me I would get the warranty done....i am cheap tho ask Framer. I have heard of the rattle in the front on the Nomads before and it did come from the headlight bucket but it was said it was the wiring plug that would bounce around making the noise. At least you found the cause on yours. Other Vaquero owners can answer if they have had the same issue as you.

If it's under warranty have them fix it.
