Chip seal

They chip sealed the road in front of my house yesterday and with at least 1 inch of loose chip on top! I have about a mile of it to ride on to get anywhere!! Sure make want to ride my KDX to work!

I Hate Chip Seal !...My Big Assed Bike (2002 1500fi Nomad)..HATES CHIP SEAL !

The worst of it gets tossed into the mount brackets for my cobra duals...then set up like concrete !

Yes one advantage to living in the city. Never had any of our city streets with that crap on them.

Never had them chip seal our road in the 23 years I've live here. Guess there trying to save some $ !! As much as I pay the county in taxes make me wonder what there doing with it!!!

..If your local area government dont contract "Chip Seal"...I'd venture to say -Your Gov is -not as corrupt-, as those that do ! (I'v been there..on one job, the co. I was working for bought the road inspectors wife a new car..then sent them both on a vacation to the Islands..WHILE He Was Suppose To Be Inspecting the job we were doing !...(this was a federal hiway project)

Its a lame fix..where good pavement and maint should have been demanded to start with...

And the windshield industry LOVES IT !
