The head shake is caused by triking it ? Some Voyagers have the headshake if you take both hands off the bars, not recommended.

If there's that much shake there is something wrong with the bike/tires, etc. My 2012 when new with the stock Bridgestone Excedra's had a bit of a shake when I was light on the handlebars at certain speeds. I just installed Metsler 888's front & back and the shake is gone. It may be attributed to a bad balance job also. A steering damper shouldn't be necessary with this type of bike .....just my opinion

I just installed a Michelin on the front and also the 'bead balance' system where they put the bead 'dust' in the tire before installing the tire. Shop told me about 85% of their customers go with the 'dust' balance over weight balance. Very little if any shake now and I had a significant shake prior with the Bridgestone installed. The Bridgestone was worn pretty good as well.
