Would this also be known as a heated garage?

Climate-controlled is a bit better than a heated garage. It not only is heated, but it is humidity and light controlled. So my answer to your question would be "no" it is not a typical heated garage -- at least like most would have.

Just looked that temp prediction and all week it keeps getting knocked down a little each day. Sunday's prediction in now in the 50's. I can still ride in that, but it is still chilly even with a heated vest and grips.

If I had a "pansy" heated-seat along with that... then I would be cozy.

Actually, I wanted to by a heated seat with the bike, but because I am so damned short, the seat I needed doesn't come in a heated version from the company.

A few days ago the forecast for Sunday was 60 degrees, it is now down to the low 50's. I may have to wear a jacket.

So I should feel like a "pansy greg" for having heated grips, heated seats and electric clothes?

In Southern California in the winter time one can ride in weather down in the high 50's!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Climate controlled is a relative term. Around these parts it means it's air conditioned.

I always thought climate controlled included drinks and a pool...

A heated seat, grips, and a vest where you live?

You should be embarrassed to ever admit you use any of this crap where you live. You are a puss BD

If I lived where you did, the most I would have to do is wear a long-sleeved shirt on your coldest days.

Does it get that cold in the cab of your truck, trailering that bike, Greg?

I have heated grips and use them a lot, it gets colder here than it does in SoCal.

Exactly how big is Vic's club now? 100 members so far or has it grown to maybe a 1,000 by now? Being in that exclusive of a club should tell your something Kris -- like no one is joining!!!.

You bastards... Just because I own a trailer doesn't mean I trailer the bike everywhere; but go ahead and have your fun with it if it makes you smile.

However, having to take crap about cold weather from someone living in Phoenix is down right hilarious. You don't know what cold is unless you lived through this last winter in the upper-Midwest.

So, if you need to use heated grips in Phoenix... I am not so sure you should be throwing stones at anyone else.
