Lowering Ride Height on a 2011 Voyager abs??

I'm looking to lower my ride height just a little. Maybe 1-2 inches.
Anyone with any info or experience in accomplishing this please let me know what you did?

Thanks!!

Well if the voyager is like most other motorcycles you could look into shorter rear shocks. I lowered my Nomad about an inch or so with progressive shocks.

Try this

This is a super inexpensive way and adjustable with no negative side affects, none. Just loosen the bolts on the triple tree and raise shocks, mine is lowered 1 inch this way.

I tried loosening the bolts on my triple tree to lower the ride hight on my Vaquero after installing the Toyz 21 inch wheel but the tubes wouldn't budge. Am I missing something?

I put some progressive shocks on for a vtx. Needed three washers for spacers but they have the same 4" of travel so you get a very smooth ride and are at least 1" shorter. works great with stock tire size but too close if you put a taller tire on. Also have a Vaquero Corbin seat that lowers about an inch. I use an airhawk cushion on long rides so brings me back up an inch. with the shocks lower you will scrape ur pipes. no big deal for me but it happens on occasion.

If you're use to riding with sneakers change to boots. It should give you about an inch more in height.
