Riser Install.....?

I have a 2011 Vaquero...I have installed risers before..but where do you start?..are those caps on the top of the OEM and how do you get them out without scratching them? are they used again ? I bought the Phat Risers Polished. Is there a video?...thanks for any help...

The Scootworks directions are not bike specific , thanks anyway. Where do you start on the Vaquero?...are those caps on the top and how do you get them out?

Did you click the link I provided? It's the installation instructions, not the "general tips."

There are also quite a few posts here from others that have installed risers. Many have great pics and directions.

use a couple " O " Ring picks and pull up on them gently.

I put them on mine and followed the directions that came with the risers and had no problems. The hardest part was breaking loose the nut on the bottom of the risers. put a little blue lock tight on the new nut when yo install. Not Red locktite.
