I don't know, I'm not tired of actually driving my bike yet to jump on a Wing yet. Or is the chauffeur still optional?

Enjoy the ride, only been on a Wing once in my life, decades ago. Such a different experience, I couldn't describe it! I can only imagine what they have done since then. See you on the road!

LOL Norm, good pun! :)

I was also looking at the BMW K1600 in line 6, Wing has more room in the saddle
for me & the wife, found the wing comfy & ya know what they say, a happy lady means more miles! But I did ride a BMW at the PA rally....

PS: Wife says I have plenty of nads...:)

Hey Guy, congrats on the new ride.

I look forward to joining you all on this halfway ride some time.

I know my brother had a bit of a hard time getting used to the leg room / position after coming from a cruiser. He put on hwy pegs and can stretch out any time he wants.

But it seems to me that you have to have your legs far apart to put your feet on the highway pegs. In doing so I would think it would be hard on your hips.

Yes I'm still thinking about it

Larry, I don't think it is much wider than hwy pegs on the outside of our hwy bars. Anyway you don't have to keep them there if you don't want to but it does give you a new position to move to and work the kinks out. I know he said they made a world of difference.

2012 Wing is what I have and you will find that 3 gear and up is all you will ever use unless you pull a trailer with a passenger on board. I went through all the gears when I first bought the bike just to make sure all were ok and that is the last time. You will like the power and smooth ride of the bike. I get 230 miles out of a tank full 87 octane with an average 41-42 MPG. Good luck with the new ride.

Again, thanks!
Pegs are on the list, & yes, I will need to get the hang of the gearing, I sure enjoyed the 2 hour test ride I had! At first, the drivers peg did hit my leg as I put my foot down, but that did not last long, 2 maybe 3 stops then I knew where to put my foot or feet.
Oh ya...87 octane!!! :)
Now Tuesday will not come fast enough...LOL

No, you've got it wrong. It was my Nomad that had the oil leak, not the Harley.
