Ask a friend or coworker for a ride, take a bus, find a closer vet and walk, etc.
You sold your truck to save money, so I'm guessing a trailer or dog bag maybe out of the budget.

The trailer or dog bag is where I am looking for ideas. The nearest friend/coworker is 38mi. Nearest vet for this breed is 22mi. Nearest intersection is 1 1/2 mi. Thank God, no Public Transportaion in the area or for a long ways. I do not live close to town or play well with others. Hence, looking for ideas.
Thanks for your time.

Your doggie tote idea's might cost more than you "Save" by ditching your truck. Have you considered keeping the truck for emergency use only?
