If SouthCentral is part of the name I kinda like Jim's idea of SouthCentral Baggers.
If not, then I like Southern Baggers.

Not that it's any of my business but I would suggest leaving out anything that sounds illegal. (pirates, boot leggers, rogues, renegades, etc) We're not 1%ers. I'd hate for anyone to get the wrong impression. Just a thought.
