Grasshopper backrest
Ok I finally decided to order the grasshopper backrest for solo riding. Where do I need to buy it from the website or Ebay? Ebay shows to be $90 with free shipping. I guess that's the same company?

Grasshopper backrest
I have one and wouldn't trade it in for the world.... I've had it on my 06 Nomad since about a month after i got it..... I've tried riding without it a few times, but no longer... Even with my passenger it works very good and doesn't hinder her at all....

Grasshopper backrest
I just got my Grasshopper backrest and at first it pushed forward too much. I always wear a jacket when I ride and it has a 1/2 pad in the back so that on top of the Grasshopper was just too much. I took the backrest apart and mounted the board on the back side of the bar and it is good now.

Grasshopper backrest
Good decision. I would not want another bike without one now. Not only is it comfortable, but it also helps make riding the bike easier. I find with the grasshopper I am never in an awkward position with respect the to handle bars making control easier.

Grasshopper backrest
I bought a brand new Grasshopper Backrest from axe63 (Grasshopper Limited) on Ebay for $90 (free shipping) and it was a breeze to install. Due to the recent rain, I've only had one short ride with it on but it felt good. Just my 2ยข.

Best $100 I've spent, have tried to ride without it and now I never ride without it. Doesn't get in wife way at all when getting on and off bike. Great Product!

Grasshopper backrest
I've got about 5000 miles on my Grasshopper and it still looks and functions as when brand new.
I've read several comments on different forums about the metal band bending after time, but mine is just like it came from the factory. Must be some big ole boys who managed to bend theirs? |
