Robbery

Hold on to your helmets guys (and gals). Today the price for one liter of super in northern Germany was € 1.44.9 or $1.96 a liter or $7.84 a gallon. As the dollar gets a bit stronger against the Euro, the price of gas goes up as oil is priced in US $s. But I get more €s for my dollar. The financial situation in Greece and some other Euro lands is not helping but it is making the dollar stronger, but the down side is that it hurts exports. Just my 2 cents.

$2.83 for 93 Octane in Del Rio, TX today...Out of which $.72 is the actual price of the fuel with everything else going to city, county, state and federal taxes...Oh and it was 75 degrees with an eighteen mile per hour wind when I filled the tank at 5PM..

Face it you get taxed when you make it, taxed when you spend it, taxed when you save it, taxed when you die and pass it on to your kids...........by the time its all said and done....you die in the red.

unless of course your one the politicians who are fighting for the people as you become a millionaire doing it.
