If the wiring diagram in the pdf manual I have for an 05 Nomad is correct, the acc fuse (#5) is white with a blue tracer. This wire is the one that is in the headlight bucket and under the seat for your add on stuff. The ground wire that should be next to the w/bl in the bucket and under the seat is black with yellow tracer. There should be no difference in 05-08 MYs.

Keep in mind the accessory leads are always hot. They are not switched on a Nomad.

CJ, what wire should I look for to be switched? I plan on putting a fuse block on once things thaw out here. Probably under the left side cover, but not 100% sure yet.

Thanks

You would want to find the running light wire in the headlight bucket or the taillight wire beneath the seat, next to the rear fender. I believe the running light wire is red/blue, not sure what color the taillight wire is off the top of my head.

There is no ACC wire switched period.

If you want to run another fuse box and you want that switched for some reason you will have to build it all.

The 2 ACC wires are on the same circuit which is rated at 10 amps.. That is just barely big enough to run passing lamps rated at 55 watts each. Not a real good idea..

If you do run passing lamps on that circuit don't add another thing to it. That circuit wasn't really made for passing lamps in the first place IMO..
